He also recuses an innocent man who is arrested as a murder suspect. He goes to a haunted house and discovers a box of gold! But he has to escape his nemesis Injun Joe.

Review:

This book is very nice and very interesting too! This boy Tom, is a hero and is very adventurous. This is a very good book and highly recommended for young readers.

Favorite Character:

It is obviously Tom Sawyer, as he is the only main character in this book.

Favorite Part:

When Tom and Becky are stuck in the caves and Injun Joe is found dead.
